The proposal is to amend the General Plan and change the Land use designation from Residential Estate to Residential Detached Low and rezone from Residential Estate one acre to Residential Detached Low Density 12,000 square foot lots to allow for future subdivision(s) and residential uses on minimum 12,000 square foot lots.
