Our fitness center offers strength and cardiovascular equipment that includes treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, and free weights. Certified, professionally-trained staff are available to assist you and help you reach your fitness goals.

Youth in the Fitness Center
At the CRC we want to start youth exercising at an early age to help the prevention of obesity and build developmental assets. Starting at 8 years old youth are welcomed to participate and engage in what the fitness center has to offer upon completion of our Youth Strength Training Program.
- Youth ages 8 - 9 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times while in the fitness center or while attending a group exercise class. We encourage you to work out with your child to help to model a healthy lifestyle and help to strengthen your family togetherness time.
- Youth ages 10-11 years old may be in the facility unsupervised as long as a parent/guardian is present somewhere in the facility. While we still encourage you to workout with your child(ren), this will give you more flexibility and freedom to customize your workouts to fit your individual needs. Youth will need to have gone through and passed our Youth Strength Training Program to be in the fitness center.
- Starting at 12 years of age youth can now be alone and unsupervised anywhere in the CRC (including the fitness center, gymnasium, and natatorium areas).
Youth Strength Training
If you are between 8 - 16 years old, these one-on-one training sessions are designed to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. Our Youth Strength Training program has three different phases of training which last about an hour in duration. Each phase is designed to cover different topics such as stretching, proper nutrition, introduction to Fitlinxx, cardio machines, and our Strive Strength machines. All youth ages 8-11 years old must go through our YST program before utilizing the fitness center.

New Member Orientation
One of the premium benefits of joining the CRC is the opportunity to learn how to use our fully-equipped fitness center to your best advantage. All CRC facility members are offered three free one on one Wellness Coaching Session with our trained wellness coaches. Coaches will help you to develop a workout plan tailored to meet your health and wellness goals. Make your appointment today at the Welcome Center or call us at 408-782-2128.
The CRC offers a full-court gymnasium, which is available for open gym, volleyball, basketball, badminton, and youth and adult sports leagues. The gym is also available for after-hour rentals. Please check with the Welcome Center for the gym schedule (PDF) and/or additional information.
