Mandatory Water Conservation Measures Currently in Effect
A Water Conservation Ordinance and Level 1 Supply Shortage Resolution instituting mandatory year-round restrictions on water use is currently in effect. Summer restrictions are in effect until October 31st. Winter restrictions will begin on November 1st. [Additional info...]
Morgan Hill Litter Cleanup
As part of the Great American Litter Pick Up, the City will hold its first annual Morgan Hill Clean Up. Do you need Civic of volunteer hours or do you just want to get involved? Groups and individuals are welcome! Meet at the Morgan Hill Community Center at 9am to receive clean up assignments.

2010 Earth Day Art & Science Fair
Morgan Hill K-12 students are invited to submit projects either in teams or individually. Cash prizes will be awarded. Deadline for submitting an entry form is April 14th. Call 852-3515 for more information. Projects will be on display for public viewing on Thursday, April 22nd at the Morgan Hill Community and Cultural Center from 2-6 pm.

Environmental Poster Design Contest
Morgan Hill K-12 students are invited to design a poster and help promote environmental awareness. Deadline for submitting an entry is April 9th at 5pm. The public will vote for their favorites at the Earth Day Art and Science Fair on Thursday, April 22nd at the Morgan Hill Community and Cultural Center from 2-6 pm. City Beautification Day
Saturday, May 15th is City Beautification Day, an opportunity for you to join in beautifying our City. We have an assortment of projects available from planting to trimming to picking up litter. Spend a morning working with your friends and neighbors to improve Morgan Hill. Meet at City Hall at 8am to receive assignments. Participants are invited to a free celebratory BBQ lunch at City Hall after the event. Call 778-6480 for more info or to preregister.
