Irrigation Limited to Wednesdays Only

Fall Irrigation Newsflash Icon

Water is always a precious resource in Morgan Hill and with this in mind, our permanent watering restrictions have been designed to best manage the City's potable water supply. These restrictions will help us avoid or minimize the effects of drought, climate change and the unreliability of the imported water infrastructure that serves the City of Morgan Hill. With that in mind, our Water Waste Ordinance (PDF) reduces watering to one day a week November 1, 2021 through February 28, 2022.

Effective November 1, irrigation is restricted to one day (Wednesday) a week. Watering is permitted before 9 a.m. and after 7 p.m. - The restrictions cover all potable water in the Morgan Hill City limits - including water from private wells. The City’s two day a week irrigation schedule will begin again on March 1.To report Water Waste, complete this form or call 408-310-4195.
