Library, Culture & Arts Commission
Overview
The Library, Culture and Arts Commission is a seven-member body appointed by the City Council to advise on the adequacy of library services, serve as a liaison between the City and the Santa Clara County Library, consult with private community groups supportive of library programs, and serve as liaison between such groups and the City.
The Morgan Hill Library, Arts and Culture Commission plans to create a comprehensive directory of local arts and cultural groups and wants to hear from you about how local authorities can best support local arts. Results from this survey are intended to provide a factual understanding of the economic and social impact that arts organizations and individual artists have on our city. In addition, the survey provides insights into sources of arts funding, identifies areas of shared opportunity and profiles the current relationship between businesses and the arts.
