The Regional Planning and Transportation Committee considers all policy matters relating to the jurisdiction of the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG), the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC), and the Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) as well as land use and transportation decisions of other agencies that impact Morgan Hill.
