Meeting Agendas:
Agendas for City Council meetings are available online and posted on the bulletin boards located outside in the north and south entrances of City Hall; and available for review at the City Clerk's Office and the Morgan Hill Public Library, 660 West Main Avenue, Morgan Hill, CA  95037.   To request copies of prior year agendas, please contact the City Clerk's Office at (408) 779-7259 or Tina McVay.

2009 Minutes:
The City Clerk's office prepares and maintains the official minutes of the City Council and the Redevelopment Agency of Morgan Hill meetings online.  Once approved by the Council they are made available for public distribution. Residents may watch archived broadcasts of City Council and Redevelopment Agency meetings online here. Search for an agenda item, past or present on the City’s online searchable database.

 

Government TV Live:

Regular meetings of the Morgan Hill City Council/RDA are telecast live on Channel 17 at 7:00 p.m. on the first, third, and fourth Wednesday of the month.  Meeting replays are on Sunday,  Monday, and Thursday at Noon; and on Thursday and Saturday at 8 p.m.   The Live Government TV ant the TV schedule can be viewed here.

Copies of videotapes and DVDs for City Council /RDA meetings may be purchased by contacting the City Clerk’s Office at (408) 779-7259. The fee is $10.00 per copy.
